Meet Our Teachers and Staff!
All teachers at Harmony Learning are First-aid and CPR certified, have current background checks, and are certified through the state with necessary training hours. Our preschool is daycare licensed with the State of Idaho (even though we really aren’t a daycare. That’s just how Idaho does it.) and business permitted through the city of Meridian, Idaho. We have regular inspections from both Health and Welfare and the Meridian Fire Department.

Hi friends! I’m Miss Michelle.
My journey to becoming a preschool teacher began as I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Development with a Minor in Music in 1995. After finishing my degree, I was blessed to work for three years at Centerville Academy- an amazing school which had over one hundred enrolled preschoolers. Shortly after moving to Idaho, I was able to found Harmony Preschool- our on-site preschool in Meridian, Idaho. I have now directed and taught at Harmony Preschool for over fourteen years and I have loved every minute of it!
As much as I enjoy dressing up with the preschoolers and making a good sand castle in the preschool backyard, my favorite part of teaching is witnessing a preschooler gain a sense of deep confidence in themselves as a learner, friend, and student. When not teaching, you will find me spending time with my favorite people- my husband, 4 children, 2 sons in law, and brand-new grandson (oh, and my dog Sparky!). I love long walks, reading books, listening to music, and great conversations where I can learn from others’ opinions and perspectives.
With the pandemic of 2020, our school was forced to close its doors and figure out a learning solution for our students. This journey led us to discover the great preschool learning tools available online and also led me to discover my great love for recording quality circle times. Out of this experience, Harmony Learning was born- a preschool learning curriculum that provides instruction both for our on-site location (Harmony Preschool) and our virtual learning website (Harmony at Home). Harmony at Home is great for those families who prefer to learn at their own pace and on their own time or who would like to supplement their on-site preschool experience, wherever that may be.
We welcome you to Harmony Learning!
Hi! My name is Miss Barb.
My name is Barbara Dunn. I was raised on a dairy farm in Bruneau, Idaho. There I was able to learn many life lessons and the value of hard work. Growing up in a rural town, I was able to experience many different jobs and one of my favorites was babysitting. I just loved watching and playing with kids. I knew then I wanted a family of my own one day.
I married the man of my dreams, and he helps balance me out. He taught me that life isn’t always just work. I learned to set aside time to enjoy life more with his philosophy. We have six kids, and they are my treasures in life and teach me so much as we learn together. Being a mother has taught me a lot of things. Patience is one of those lessons and that kids grow up way too fast! I try to enjoy every moment with them.
Some of my hobbies include spending time outdoors, nutrition and fitness. Cooking and baking are two of my passions, along with finding healthy alternatives and incorporating fitness into everyday life. I found that making better choices with food and fitness can greatly improve quality of life.
I’m excited to be a preschool teacher! I love being around children at this age because of their excitement for life and the happy atmosphere they create.

Hey there! I’m Miss Camille.
I’m Miss Michelle’s daughter, and I love being a part of Harmony! Education is one of my passions, which I pursue as a middle school orchestra teacher. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Music Education in 2021 and have been teaching private lessons and directing orchestras. I love playing my violin, but helping children step out of their comfort zone and learn a new skill is so rewarding for me.
When I’m not playing my violin or teaching, you can also find me doing video editing, playing at an arcade, or spending time with my husband Indiana Jones. And yes, that’s his real name! I am not a teacher at Harmony, but I help Miss Michelle as a secretary. I do all the boring stuff so she can focus on her amazing lessons and the wonderful kids!

Hi! I’m Miss Krystle.
My name is Miss Krystle and I am bursting with joy that I get to help at Harmony Preschool!
One of the first things you might notice about me is that I look very similar to Miss Michelle. She is my amazing sister! Although we may look like twins, I’m actually 10 years younger. Feel free to keep calling us twins though as that is bound to help the older sister feel great!
Education and music are my passions! I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in Music from Brigham Young University. I have taught in Idaho and New Mexico in a variety of settings including Preschool, Kindergarten, and private piano lessons. Most recently our family began the homeschooling journey together. Learning is so much fun!
One of my hobbies is spending time with my incredible husband and three children. I love being with them whether we are outdoors in nature, gathered around the piano singing together, or dancing in the kitchen with the music blasting.
I am extremely excited to join the family at Harmony Preschool and look forward to learning and growing together!

Hi! I’m Miss Rachel.
I help Miss Michelle behind the scenes, and I’m also her daughter! I have spent many hours at Harmony Preschool, pulling weeds, running summer camps, and getting ready for new school years. I currently live in Utah with my husband and our one year old son. I work part time as a Medical Lab Scientist at the local hospital, but I spend most of my time chasing my toddler around. I also enjoy cooking, baking, hiking, and exploring new places.
